Welding prevents the rotor from breaking and bursting and therefore extends the rotor’s useful life. The main shaft is made of MO40 forged steel. All anvils, hammers, and parts used as body guards are made of manganese steel, which increases the useful life of the parts and the device while preventing premature failures.

Below the HS series crushers, shock-absorbing rubbers are installed. These rubbers are responsible for preventing and transferring probable vibrations from the crusher to the chassis and structure.
