Hydrocone Pinion Gear

The Hydrocone pinion gear is located in the housing chamber and mounted at the end of the housing shaft. This pinion gear is responsible for transferring the torque-generated force to the Hydrocone crown wheel gear. The pinion gear transmits the torque-generated force to the crown wheel which is mounted around the steel bushing. This steel bushing is responsible for transmitting force to other components of the crusher system. By transferring torque to the crown wheel and then to the steel bushing, the rotation of the steel bushing is generated, which ultimately causes an eccentric rotation in the main shaft assembly.

Increasing the number of crown wheel teeth enhances the power of this component. However, if the number of teeth decreases, the speed of the transferred torque increases.
